About Us

Home Health Care in Burbank California

caregive holding the hand of an adult womanUnited Home Health Agency, Inc. is a provider of home health care in Burbank California dedicated to meeting the unique healthcare needs of homebound clients with mobility difficulties or health issues. We strive to make your lives better by managing your health at home.

Many of the families in our care receive day to day or weekly assistance – depending on the physician’s recommendations. To ensure that the client gets the required care and assistance at home, we first conduct a home health needs assessment. We evaluate the health condition of the client, the level of independence they want to keep, and the living environment they wish to stay in. Our care coordinators and nurses will consider all relevant factors that will make the Home Health Care Service Plan accurately designed for the unique needs of the client.

Being homebound does not necessarily have to reduce your quality of living. You can still pursue hobbies, enjoy the comforts of home – or if you are a family caregiver, you can take a rest while our staff takes over your caregiving duties. We give family members respite while clients receive exceptional care and attention from our trained staff.

United Home Health Agency, Inc. is composed of nurses, therapists, medical social workers, and home health aides who will be happy to visit you at home soon.
